Researchers from NUDOS will participate in the 107th Annual Conference of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC), which will take place from August 8 to 11 in Philadelphia, United States!

The AEJMC is a non-profit educational association that brings together educators, students, and media and journalism professionals, promoting the highest standards in education and fostering research and freedom of communication.

▪️ On August 8, Macarena Peña y Lillo will present her paper on “Overload and Disparities by Educational Attainment in COVID-19 Information Behaviors among Chilean Adults”.
▪️ On August 9, Ingrid Bachmann will be part of the AEJMC’s Standing Committee on Publications Panel, discussing “The Legacy of Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly: Centennial Reflections”.
▪️ On August 10, Macarena Peña y Lillo will present on “Dealing with Digital Technologies in Chilean Classrooms Post-Pandemic: Insights from Educators”, co-authored with Teresa Correa.
▪️ On August 10, Catalina Farías will present her work “What am I, Then?”: Identity Politics and Intergroup Dynamics in Online Discussions of Latinx Identity.
