Objective: From the political line of NUDOS we are working on approaches to understand the impact of the digitalization of the State in the delivery of services to the population, seeking to determine how to define intermediaries as actors that from within or outside the institutionality are responsible for managing the digitalization within different territories. In this way, it also seeks to establish how the digitalization of the State can be a factor that evidences social and educational inequality in the population.
